Everday usability 18

This week I have been on a conference and noticed one of the classic usability faults. Of course as you imagine there were a lot of presentations and as usually there is  remote control you need to switch between the slides. For most of the presenters it was no problem, however the laser pointer was activated with a red button. Typically a red button is used for turning a device off and on so it confused some of the presenters… if you are requested to hold a presentation you might want to check the used remote control before.
